Covid-19: Responsibility for Delays and Costs
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused havoc all around the world and construction projects have suffered accordingly, both in terms of delays and additional costs. This talk will look at the contractual position with existing projects, and potential contract amendments for future projects (based upon the JCT Standard Building Contract 2016).
