A change in approach will stop this dead.  By including whole life costs, environmental impact, social and human impact, quality, functionality and innovation you can build up models of value rather than price

  • How value can be measured objectively
  • How procuring for value supports Government Policy
  • How this approach and the necessary tools and competences
    ‚Äčare being developed
